Sauteed Greens

Any greens will work: collards, kale, swiss chard, or spinach
1-2 tbs coconut or olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced

Tear or cut greens while also removing the stems and ribs.  Heat oil on medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until golden brown. Add the greens and cook until desired texture. Salt and pepper to taste.
