Red Noodle Beans

Heat 1 tbs. olive oil in a large skillet.
Add 1/2 lb. beans (cut into 3 inch pieces).
Add 3-6 cloves garlic, stir fry for about five minutes.
Add 1 tbs. sugar, stir until coated.
Add 1/3 cup water to the skillet, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add 1 tbs. vinegar, salt, and pepper.
